The City of Paris
The City of Paris has a Commission-Manager form of
government. The City Commission, composed of five
persons elected every four years, selects one of the
members to serve as mayor for a two-year term.
Henry County Government
Henry County has three other incorporated places.
They are Cottage Grove, Henry, and Puryear.
McKenzie, TN, the county seat of Carroll County,
actually extends into Henry County in the extreme
southwestern portion. Henry County is governed
by a county mayor and 18 commissioners.
